Madel S.p.A. (hereinafter Madel or the Controller), with its registered office in via Torricelli n. 3, 48033 Cotignola (RA), represented by its pro tempore Legal Representative, email privacy@madel.net, is the Controller of the Treatment of users’ personal data collected through the use of the Website’s services. Madel will treat this personal data, with respect for the principles of lawfulness, accuracy and transparency, for the following purposes:
The use of personal data for access to the site and browsing involves the processing of data for the performance of measures adopted at the request of the data subject, which are the legal grounds that legitimise such treatment. The use of personal data for the management of further treatment processes, with the indication of the specific legal grounds for such treatment, is described in the section of this notice dedicated to the principles applicable to the treatment of data by Madel.
The processing of data connected to the web services of this Site takes place at the aforementioned registered office of the Controller, in servers located within the European Union.
The information systems and software procedures used for the functioning of this website will collect, during the course of their normal activity, some personal data whose transmission is implied by the use of Internet communication.
This information is not collected for the purpose of being associated with identified persons, but by its very nature could result in the identification of users through processing and matching it with information held by third parties.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response from the server (success, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the operating system and the system environment of the user.
This data is used only for the purpose of acquiring anonymous statistical information on the use of the site, and to ensure its correct functioning, and is deleted immediately after processing. Such data may be used to establish responsibility in the event of cyber crimes that damage the site or the Controller: save for this eventuality, at present, web contact data is not kept beyond the terms established in the law.
The optional, specific and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site involves the acquisition of the sender’s email address by Madel, which is necessary in order to respond to requests, as well as possible other personal data included in the communication.

Through the functions offered on the Madel website, the user may submit certain personal details that may make him/her identifiable, which may be treated for the purpose of managing, for example, the latter’s requests.

The Controller will collect personal data from users and will treat it only for the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, and in ways that are not incompatible with those same purposes.

Madel will treat the personal data from users who complete the relevant online form, in order to carry out and respond to requests regarding the services offered by the Controller. The data will be recorded, kept and used exclusively for the purpose of managing and replying to the requests of the interested parties, and only for the amount of time necessary to achieve such purpose. The legal grounds for data this processing are based in the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or the performance of pre-contractual measures adopted upon the request of such interested party (art. 6, par. 1b), GDPR).
The provision of data for such data processing purposes is optional. However, the lack of, or partial or inexact provision of such data may prevent Madel S.p.A. from being able to carry out the request of the user. Personal data will be kept only for the amount of time necessary for the management of the data subject’s request.
Upon prior specific consent, Madel will process the e-mail address provided in order to sign the user up to the newsletter, and the related data will be recorded, kept and used exclusively to promote the products, initiatives, events and projects proposed by the Controller.
The legal grounds for this data processing are based on the consent of the data subject.
The consent given for such purposes is optional, and the data will be processed until such consent is revoked by the data subject. Such revocation may be performed at any time (unsubscribe, or send a written request to the e-mail address privacy@madel.net)
Madel will use the name, surname and e-mail address of the data subject in order to receive the comment or review that the user intends to publish on Winni’s Green Blog.
Interested parties are informed that the data collected will be used to moderate user comments, and the text of the comment will be published, along with the name and initial of the surname of the writer. The legal grounds for this data processing are based on the performance of the request by the data subject, within the management area of the Green Blog offered by Madel. The individuals to whom Madel S.p.A. may communicate the collected data act as parties responsible for the treatment of personal data (Processors), designated by the Controller through a specific contract, or as individuals authorised for the treatment of personal data under the direct authority of the Controller.
The data subject to processing will not in any case be publicised. The data may be communicated to Companies providing third-party services and/or external Professionals, in order to fulfill the specific obligations imposed on the Controller by current regulations.
